PEOPLE DON’T SIT IN AN AUDIENCE TO HEAR A SPEAKER SIMPLY TALK. THEY SIT IN THE AUDIENCE TO CONNECT AND EXPERIENCE WHAT THE SPEAKER HAS EXPERIENCED. THEY SIT THERE TO LEARN. TO GROW. TO BE INSPIRED. TO BE MORE THAN THEY WERE BEFORE THE LIGHTS FIRST DIMMED.
That’s the goal of every story, talk or event that I’m privileged and honored to host. Storytelling in its highest form has the power to carry your whispers, your tears and laughter all the way to the ends of the earth. I’ve appeared on national podcasts, radio, in pulpits, dive bars, conferences and international stages. As a speaker, storyteller and host I’ve been all over the place, literally. And this is what I know… the stage...the lights...the microphone...it all matters...but not without a story that impacts and makes a difference.
